Officer for the Department was unable to cestify me fit to return to Hong Kong.
In the circumstances I most respectfully
beg to point out that
my
service in the
General Post Office and under the Government
of Hong Kong is continuos.
I janed the Post Office in 1883.
I beg to attack a
copy of a letter from Mr.
Secretary Chamberlair (No. 45633/1901) with
reference to this and one adresser by hime to the Governor of Stong Kong
subject.

were shared by another officer, but in 1904. he was withdrawn and since then I have had to get through, singlehanded with the whole of the work and supervision of the General Office. To this cause I attribute my
